Item Condition

Returned items must be unworn/unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale and clearance items.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Items with obvious signs of use beyond try-on.
  • Products missing original components/accessories.

How To Request

  1. Email your order number and reason to info@vinylneverdies.com.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the approved return with tracking.
  4. Once inspected, we issue refund confirmation by email.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are generally customer responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Timelines

After return inspection, approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. Bank/card posting times may vary by provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and item condition so we can prioritize replacement or full refund options.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on inventory. If a requested replacement size or color is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
